Frank's Cukes

cucumber
salt
Sour cream
vinegar
a few drops of Tabasco (optional)
Dash of pepper (optional)
chives 2 T. (optional)

1 cucumber sliced thin in circles
Sprinkle with salt and let stand half hour. Then drain.
Mix together 1/2 pint sour cream, 2 T vinegar, a few drops of Tabasco. Dash of pepper. 2 T chives

Combine and add cucumber. chill. Serve.
