Shrimp Scampi

2 pounds shrimp, shelled and deveined
3 T. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
3 T. white wine

Melt the butter and add the garlic and wine. Place the shrimp on a heat proof dish and put the garlic-wine button over them. Salt and pepper to taste and broil for 5 minutes
