1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. grated carrots
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/4 c. bread crumbs
pepper
1/2 tomato sauce
1 pkg ground turkey
Mix all together. Form into a loaf. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
