Fried Hood Canal Oysters

Shucked Oysters
Corn Starch
Eggs (beaten)
Panko
Oil

Rinse and chill oysters in cold water. Dredge in corn starch, then egg, then Panko. Deep fry in Canola oil. (Sue uses a small deep fryer) Fry, 6 at a time, for 4 minutes.
