Shucked Oysters
Corn Starch
Eggs (beaten)
Panko
Oil
Rinse and chill oysters in cold water. Dredge in corn starch, then egg, then Panko. Deep fry in Canola oil. (Sue uses a small deep fryer) Fry, 6 at a time, for 4 minutes.
