1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 (or less) tablespoons sugar
1 tablepoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 dashes tobasco sauce
1 bunch green onions - whites only

Mardarine Almond salad -
1 bunch red leaf lettuce - rinsed and dried
1 small can mandarin oranges - drained well
1/4 cup slivered roasted almonds
top lettuce leaves with oranges and almonds - top with dressing
