3 Cups Grated potatoes (4 medium)
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Stir well the ingredients then add 2 Tbs. flour and stir again.
Fry in fairly deep fat. Drop large spoonful of mixture into fat and spread lightly with a fork.
