Mango Salsa

3 mangos
1/2 large red onion
2 t. minced garlic
1/2 seeded, chopped japapeno
1 large red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 line, juiced (use a juicy lime)

Chop, toss and then place in refrigerator for a few hours. Toss occasionally to blend flavors. Serve on top of burgers or with chips.
