Tempura Batter - Rosamond

(for dipping shrimp and deep frying)
1 1/2 c. flour
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/4 c. ice water

Blend and dip before frying.

Olive's note: ?Very Good!!! Rosamond did this for Curt's birthday and I don't know who enjoyed it more-Curtis or Patty! Ha!?

This recipe was a family tradition for birthday dinners.
