Press in 9 x 13 pan:
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 c. softened butter
Dash of salt
Bake at 350 - 20-25 minutes until lightly brown
Filling:
Beat 4 eggs
Mix 2 c sugar and 1/3 c. lemon juice or the juice of one large lemon
Add: 1/4 c. flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. grated lemon zest
Pour over warm crust and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
