2 T red wine vinegar
2 t. hot sauce
1 1/2 t. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 t. pepper
1 firm avocado, chopped
1 15 oz. can black eyed peas
1 15 oz. can corn kernels
2/3 c. sliced green onions
2/3 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 lb. roma tomato, chopped
Combine all ingredients and chill.
Serve with tortilla chips.
