Peanut Butter cookies-ez and foolproof !

1 cup sugar
1 cup skippy smooth peanut butter
1 egg

Mix by hand, roll in 1 inch balls and roll in sugar

Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees

Makes 2 dozen small cookies

For a twist, cook 8 minutes then press a Hersheys kiss on top, put back in oven 3 minutes
