1 1/2 lb. salmon fillets/steaks
Marinade:
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 T bourbon
3 T. chopped green onions
2 T soy sauce
Skin side down in pan, pour marinade over salmon and refrigerate 1 hour or more. BBQ salmon 7 minutes per side. Sooooo!! Good!!
