Patty's Spinach Pasta Salad & Ham Salad Vinagrette

Patty's Spinach Pasta Salad & Ham Salad Vinagrette
1 8 oz. package of uncooked spinach noodles (or the multi colored ones)
4 oz. cooked ham slices (2" x 1/1/4" strips)
1 small red onion
4 c. fresh spinach (cut into 3" x 1 1/4" strips)
4 oz. mozzarella cheese (2" x 1/4" strips)
Dressing:
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. water
1 T olive oil
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
2 minced cloves garlic
1/4 t. salt and pepper (each)
Cook noodles al dente. Drain and pour over spinach. Combine dressing and shake. Pour dressing over noodles, spinach and remaining ingredients. Toss and serve.
