Grace's Wonton Chicken Salad
Boil and shred chicken
Deep fry wonton skins
sliced thin lettuce
white sesame seeds toasted
almonds slivers, toasted
Dressing
2 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt, optional
1/4 c. salad oil
3 T. vinegar
1 package (12 oz) Wonton wrappers, sliced in strips and deep fried...very hot oil...cooks fast...and drain on paper towel. work in small batches
2 large! heads of iceberg lettuce...sliced in thin strips
1/2 gallon ziplock of shredded chicken (1/2 full)
scallions??? not in the recipe but you could add it!
dressing for a party of 25: make it in a quart size jar...
1 c. sugar
1 T. + 1 t. salt
1 3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. rice wine vinegar or white vinegar
