3 c. shredded cheddar
16 oz. sour cream
10 oz frozen chopped broccoli. (I use fresh and ?nuke? a few minutes)
3/4 c. scallions
1/2 t. salt
1 pkg noodles, cooked 2 minutes and drained
Toss all ingredients together and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Add fresh basic
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Place sliced tomatoes on top and bake 10 more minutes
