Saute the following ingredients:
2 T. oil
2 c. onion
2 green pepper
Add:
2 t. basil
1 t. oregano
1 t. thyme
1 1/2 t. salt
black pepper
then add:
4-6 cloves of garlic, chopped
Prepare white sauce: (white sauce good with shrimp and linguini)
3 T. flour
3 T. flour
3 cups warm milk
then add 1 tsp. oregano and cheese
Great layered with chicken or other vegetables
