Alma Blair's Rhubarb Betty

1.c flour
1 c. rolled oats
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

Put half crumbs in greased pan. Cover with 4 c. chopped rubarb.
Cover with 1 c. water and 1 t. vanilla cooked until clear.
Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 1 hour 350 degrees. Top with whip or ice cream.
