Cream:
2 c. sugar
1 pound butter
2 large eggs
1 c. sour cream with teaspoon of baking soda mixed in cream
Add:
1 t. lemon
1 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
Add enough flour to stiffen dough (about 3 1/2 cups)
Chill dough.
Roll out and cut. Sugar tops with white or colored sugar.
Bake 375 on ungreased cookie sheets 8-10 minutes
